TOMOHON, JP – Ketua Umum DPP Partai Nasional Demokrat (NasDem) Surya Paloh melakukan pelantikan pengurus Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) NasDem Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) di bawah pimpinan Victor Mailangkay selaku Ketua DPW dan GS. Vicky Lumentut sebagai Sekretaris, bertempat di Edelweis Kolongan, Kecamatan Tomohon Tengah, Kota Tomohon, Sulut, Selasa (20/09/2022).
Di kesempatan itu, Surya Paloh juga terlihat didampingi Ketua Dewan Pakar NasDem, Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (LHK) Siti Nurbaya, Wakil Ketua MPR RI, Lestari Moerdijat, dan Ketua Komisi IX DPR RI. Felly Estelita Runtuwene.
Pelantikan ini berlangsung di sela-sela kegiatan rapat koordinasi wilayah (Rakorwil) sebagai upaya konsolidasi partai jelang pemilihan umum (Pemilu) 2024.
Dalam Rakorwil dengan tema “Sukses Konsolidasi Partai NasDem Guna Sukses Pemilu 2024’yang dihadiri sejumlah kader-kader partai dari 15 kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Sulut tersebut, dibahas mengenai strategi menata langkah menuju kemenangan Pemilu 2024 yang disusun dalam Panca Sukses.
Dalam amanatnya, Surya Paloh mengingatkan kepada seluruh pengurus dan kader NasDem se-Sulut untuk bekerja dengan semangat dan berlandaskan prinsip nilai kebangsaan, dalam menghadapi kontestasi Pemilu 2024 nanti.
Ia menargetkan NasDem Sulut dengan kepengurusan yang baru dilantik dapat mempertahankan capaian pada Pemilu 2019 lalu yakni 9 kursi DPRD Sulut dan 55 kursi DPRD Kbupaten/kota se-Sulut.
“Saya mau lihat daerah (Sulut, red) pertahankan kemampuan hasi pemilu tahun 2019 sebelumnya,” ujarnya.
Dirinya bersyukur NasDem telah mendapatkan tempat yang cukup representatif dan terhormat di Sulut.
“Tentu tidak terlepas dari upaya dan kerja keras dari pimpinan serta para kader, untuk bisa meyakinkan bahwa NasDem salah satu pilihan yang bisa memberikan nilai kebajikan bagi perjalanan kehidupan dan pembangunan di Sulut,” katanya.
Ia pun mengingatkan kepada seluruh pengurus dan kader agar tetap bersatu dan solid.
“Saya percaya kalau kita bersatu dan solid bisa menrima kekurangan bukan mencari kesalahan, kita akan bisa bilang kepada mereka yang kuat tunggu dulu NasDem lebih kuat,” tegas Surya Paloh yang langsung mendapat aplaus meriah dari seluruh kader yang hadir.
Sebelumnya, Surya Paloh sudah menghadiri sejumlah rangkaian acara, di antaranya peresmian kantor DPD NasDem Kota Tomohon. (JPc)
